I Am Enough

One of the earliest Survival Techniques murals. A commission for a private garden wall in East London where the owner wanted to be able to look out from the house and see these affirmative words.

My mum has been trying to tell me these words for most of the life, but it took until adulthood for me to finally begin to understand what she meant by them, and how important they were. It felt particularly serendipitous to then be painting them for someone else.
